Lol is the skirt unintentionally this short... (or is it the blouse being too long)?

Wow this is the first time I'm trying the "cute "style, I really like cute things but didnt draw them that much.

Also I got autodesk sketchbook on my phone and it has more pros than cons so yeah I'll take it!

The school batch is near the left shoulder and the cat bag , idk why I design that ugly batch.
